Abstract:
AIM: To observe the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill supplement on the patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),and study its mechanism. METHODS: Subjects recruited from 56 patients with UAP were randomly divided into control group and Shexiang Baoxin Pill group.The former received such therapy as expanding coronary artery,anticoagulation,adjusting lipemia 2 pills of Shexiang Baoxin Pill were given to each cases of the latter for 3 times every day orally besides routine therapy,3 months later,to review their plasm von Willebrand Factor(vWF) and fibrnogen 1(Fbg) and brachial artery endotheliumdependent dilation,its results were compared with the control group.
