Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the frequency and antihiotic-resistance of inducible-clindamycin-resistant Staphylococci for rational prescription of antibioties. Methods:Erythromycin-inducible-Clindamycin-resislant staphylococci were detected by using D test recommended by Clinical Laboratory Standard Institution(CLSI/NCCLS), and the resistance of meihicillin-resisiant Staphylococcus and Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus to 12 kinds of antibioties were detected. Results:Among 310 strains of Staphylococci, in strains of erythromycin-resistani-and-clindamyein-sensitive Staphylococci, the percentage of MRS with positive D test was 6.6%(12/183), and that of MSS was 18.1%(23/127).
