Abstract:
Objective:To discuss protective mechanism of polydatin(PD)on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods:By using rat models of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion,influence of PD on neuronal apopsis after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were examined.Results:Parts of neurons began developing apopsis at 2 hours after reperfusion,.With time passing after reperfusion the number of apoptotic cells increased gradually with peak at 24 hour and thendecreased gradually,The number of apoptotic cells decreased significantly(P
