Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of pelvic devascularlization in prevention and treatment for gynaecology and obstetrics refractory hemorrhage.Methods:To analyze retrospectively the effect of 15 cases of obstetrics,2 cases of preventing hemorrhage,5 cases of gynaecology refractory hemorrhage,all of these are treated by pelvic devascularlization.Results:There are 2 cases of placenta praevia of central type,(hemostatic scrap interdict uterus artery blood flow,volume of hemorrhage
