Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of five drug resistance genes in hepato cellular cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer tissue. Methods:The expression of P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-?,Topo-Ⅱ in 120 cases of malignant tumors were examined by immunohistochemistry stain. Results: 1. The expression of P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-? in the 6 common cancers were relatively high, while Topo-Ⅱ was relatively low. 2. P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-?,Topo-Ⅱ were all high expressed in hepatocellular cancer. 3. The coexpression rate of two and more genes was 95.83%,the coexpression rate of five genes was 21.67%. Conclusion:P-gp,MRP,LRP,GST-?,Topo-Ⅱ are associated with multidrug resistance in different degree, which can be regarded as valuable indicators for the decision of individual chemotherapeutic program.
