Abstract:
Objective To study the mechanism of enhancing effect of pretreatment with Geqin Tablets (GT). Methods The rat preconditioning models of myocardial ischemia were established by an improved pushing tube method. Cell apoptosis was determined with TUNEL. The expression of PKC was examined by immunohistochemical method. The serum SOD activity was tested by hydroxylamine hydrochloride method and MDA activity by TBA method.
