Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Ganoderma Triterpene(GT)on the expression of CD69 and HLA-DR on human T lymphocyte.Methods The activation of human T lymphocytes was detected and analyzed by flow cytometry after co-culturing with different concentrations of GT for 6 hours or for 72 hours.Results GT stimulated the expression of CD69 on T lymphocytes,the effect being significant at GT concentration of 10 ? g/mL(P
