Abstract:
【Objective】To observe the pulse characteristics of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and to investigate the changes of their pulse during the disease development.【Methods】The sphygmogram series of Cunkou pulse in 174 PHC patients,102 hepatic cirrhosis(HC) and 106 healthy volunteers were recorded by ZM-Ⅲ type-c electro-pulsograph under the 6 pressure ranges of 50~250 g.The average values of sphygmogram parameters were enrolled into the analysis.Sphygmogram characteristics as well as its formation mechanism were investigated through the analysis of sphygmogram waveform and parameters.【Results】The three groups of PHC patietns,HC patients and healthy volunteers shared the similar sphygmogram waveforms, abc waveform being the dominant. The sphygmogram parameters of h4,h4/h1 and area under graph in diastolic phase were in the decreasing sequence in the normal group,HC group and PHC group.【Conclusion】There exist some sphygmogram characteristics during the disease development of PHC,and this will be beneficial to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of PHC as well as its prognosis.
