Abstract:
Objective To investigate the metabolism characteristics and CD34 variance of SD rats models with type 2 diabetes renal injury with high grease feeding and low-dose STZ injection. Methods 60 male SD rats with 4-week old were randomized into two groups:10 in the control group feeding with normal forage,50 in the DM group feeding with high grease forage,which consist of 10% lard,10% glucose,1% cholesterol,2% yolk powder,and 1% sodium cholate adding into the normal feeds. Intravenous injection of STZ after feeding 4 weeks (35 mg/kg). All the rats were tested with OGTT after 10 days and 30 days injection of STZ. Serum insulin was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and immunohistochemistry staining was adopted to observe the positive expression of renal CD34 molecular.
