Abstract:
Objective:To study the expression of mitosis checkpoint gene hsMAD2 in colorectal cancer. Methods:The expression of hsMAD2 gene mRNA in colorectal cancer and normal colorectal tissue of 18 cases was quantitatively detected by RT-PCR. Results:The ratio of hsMAD2 mRNA/ GAPDH mRNA in colorectal cancer and normal colorectal tissue were 0.1235?0.0752 and 0.0312?0.0598,respectively.
