Abstract:
AIM: To study the protective effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on radiation therapy of nasopharyngeral carcinoma. METHODS: 58 cases with nasopharyngeal carcioma were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly: 30 cases of treatment group (radiation therapy plus Shenqi Fuzheng Injection) and 28 cases of control group (radiation therapy only). Body weight, Karnofsky score, radioactive stomatitis and change of WBC were compared between the two groups.
