Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Spleen-kidney Bi-remedial Pellets on the ulcerative colitis model, and provide experimental proof for the efficiency of clinical practices. Methods To induce mouse to diarrhea by Fanxieye, then observe the effect of Spleen-kidney Bi-remedial Pellets. Ulcerative colitis on mouse was caused by partial bowel-enema of TNBS and 50% ethanol, then observe the effect of Spleen-kidney Bi-remedial Pellets on IgG and IgM.
