Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of P53and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and its chemosensitive predictive value to neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) with Carboplatin and 5-Fu for the patients with OSCC.Methods:50 patients with T2～T4 OSCC were examined by using SP immunohistochemistry before and after two NACT courses.the correlation between expression level of PCNA and P53 and therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:①Expression level of PCNA and P53 was significantly associated with response to chemotherapy(P
