Abstract:
Objective:Probe the nursing of the treatment for femoral shaft fracture in children with flexible intramedullary nail.Methods:Summarize and analyse 47 children who are nursed of the treatment for femoral shaft fracture with flexible intramedullary nail.Results: All patients have been synostosis.The fineness rate is 100%.Conclusions:The treatment for femoral shaft fracture in children with flexible intramedullary nail is an operation which have the advantages of little damage,little physical influence to fracture,union of fracture quickly and few complications.And simultaneously the important guarantees which make the patient recover fully are the appropriately pre-and post-operational nursing and the reasonable rehabilitation training.
