Abstract:
Objective To study angelica polysaccharides (APS) for mobilizing peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell in BALB/c mice. Methods Techniques of peripheral white blood cell (WBC) and lymphocyte (LC) count, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and hematopoietic cell culture in vitro were used to observe the APS mobilization.
