Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pill (JKSQP) on 17?-hydroxylase gene expression in kindney yang deficiency rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal group, tmodel group and JKSQP group. Animal model of kidney yang deficiency was built by adenine. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to observe the effect of JKSQP on 17? -hydroxylase mRNA of adrenal tissue in rats treated at different time points (10, 20, 30 d).
