Abstract:
AIM: To study the molecular mechanisms of Abnormal Savda Munziq responsible for its anticancer property. METHODS: Anti-proliferative effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq ethanol extract was determined by MTT assay;DNA fragmentation was determined by gel electrophoresis assay,cell cycle analysis was detected by flow cytometer;apoptosis related gene expression was detected by RT-PCR assay;Caspase-3 activity was determined by Caspase-3 assay kit.
