Abstract:
Objective To investigate the change of apoptosis of polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN)in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) after severe trauma and the effect of Prostaglandin E1(PGE1). Methods AO/EB fluorescent staining method was used to detect the apoptosis ratio of PMN in 40 patients with MODS and 20 patients without MODS after severe trauma, and 20 healthy people(control group).Different concentration of PGE1 was added to the all patients and its effect on PMN was observecl.
