Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical application and mid-term result of Gore-Tex suture as an artificial chordae in mitral anterior leaflet valvuloplasty. Methods 38 patients with the anterior leaflet received surgery. The data of the cardiac function (EF), the diameter of left ventricular and left atria and the degree of mitral regurgitation were analyzed before and after operation.
