Abstract:
Objective To observe the protective effect of Yixintang on injury of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion with isolated working heart. Method 40 mice are randomly divided into 5 groups:control group, Yixintang group 1, Yixintang group 2, Yixintang group 3 and Verapamil group. The change of left ventricular systolic output pressure (LVSP), rate of rise left ventricular pressure (?dp/dtmax), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), heart rate, as well as the contain of malondialdehyde (MDA) release and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured as investigate indicator. Results After ischemia and reperfusion in Yixintang group, the heart can be good recovery its function. The values of myocardial dynamics and hemodynamics indexes LVSP and ?dp/dtmax, in Yixintang group 3 and Verapamil group the indicator were obviously higher than those in the control group, after ischemial and reperfusion. The content of MDA in myocardial tissue in Yixintang group 3 and Verapamil group after ischemia and reperfusion was obviously lower than in other groups. It also could depress the activity of SOD, there was significant difference among Yixintang group 3, Verapamil group and control groups (P
