Abstract:
Objective To explore the change of serum sIL-2R and IL-6 levels in patients with Kawasaki disease (KD) and its role in the pathogenesis. Methods The serum slL-2R and IL-6 were detected by sandwich ELISA. The serum hs-CRP level was measured by DADE BEHRING BN ProSpec.
