Abstract:
Objective To observe the influence of Wenxin Capsules on mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW) in rats with coronary heart disease classified as heart-yang deficiency.Methods Rat model with coronary heart disease classified as heart-yang deficiency were established by gavage of high fat diet,subcutaneous injection of pitutrin and cold stimulation.
