Abstract:
AIM: We developed the formulated medicine WuJi Capsules into new Chinese patent medicine. METHODS: To use the pharmacodynamic test for relieving pain, stanching bleeding anti-inflammation, uters level and smooth muscle. To part from body's uterus of rat contrack, “anti-weak negative” and a long-term toxicity reaction. the maximal tolerate dose. etc. RESULTS: Wu Ji Capsules's high does group. mliddle dose group and low dosc group in the tcsts of rclicving pain stanching bleeding had extraordinary notable difference. In the part of anti-inflammation mouse's. High dose group(5.0 g?kg -1)had extraordinary notable difference and others dose groups all had notable difference. Rat's high dose group(4.0 g?kg -1)and low dose group(2.0 g?kg -1)had extraorainary notable differernce in the 1st hour from the 5th and the 24th hours.
