Abstract:
Objective To compare the efficacy between basic treatment, amitriptyline, and basic treatment combined with mirtazapine and total glucosides of paeonia (TGP) capsule in 4 groups of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome (FS). Methods The change of the pain before the treatment, one-month and three-months (after) treatment were analyzed by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD).
