Abstract:
[Objective] To compare the therapeutic effect of warming-acupuncture and electroacupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. [Methods] Eighty-four cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomized to two groups: group A (n = 42) was treated with warming-acupuncture and group B ( n = 42) with electroacupuncture. Ten times constituted one treatment course and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3 treatment course.
