Abstract:
Objective To analyze the serum nucleosome and antinucleosome antibody (AnuA) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their role in the pathogenesis of disease. Methods Sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique was used to detect the level of nucleosome in serum of 33 SLE patients, 31 other rheumatic diseases (including primary Sj?觟gren′s syndrome, ploymyositis, dermatomyositis and systemic sclerosis) and 30 healthy controls.
