Abstract:
Objective:To investgate the definite spot of expression of leukemia inhibitory factor gene in mouse endometrium in the implantation window phase.Methods:By reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),the expression of LIF gene of 20 cases of the implantation sites and the paraimplantation sites from the endometrium of the mice that were 4 days pregnant was detected.Results:The average level of LIF mRNA expression of the implantation sites was 0.5316.The average level of LIF mRNA expression of the paraimplantation sites was 0.3711.By the statistic t-test,the difference was significant( P
