Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin on men and weman with Neisseria gonorrhoeae of urological and reproductive system.Methods:This study was a double-blind study.A total of 38 subjects were screened and randomly devided into gatifloxacin group and levofloxacin group (control group).Rusults:Clinical effective rates and bacteriologic eradication rates for gatifloxacin and levofloxacin were both 100%.Conclusion:Gatifloxacin is safe and effective for treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae of urological and reproductive system.
