Abstract:
AIM: To observe the clinical effect of the Yiganjiedu capsule (Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Scutellariae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, etc) on treating hepatitis B. METHODS: The patients in the treatment group were given orally Yiganjiedu capsule, 4 capusles, three times a day, 6 months for a period of treatment. The results was compared with that of hepatitis protecting combination treatment group, Lamivudine group and INF ? group. RESULTS: The normalization ratio of ALT was 55.56%(9/18). The HBeAg negative rate was 11.11%(2/18). The HBV DNA negative rate was 44.44%(8/18), which was higher than that of the group by the combination treatment group ( P
