Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of bFGF on the viability of the free skin with subdermal vascular plexus.Methods:Twenty-six patients with the diagnosis of scar deformity and needed scar excision were divided into two groups with 13 patients in each group.150AU/cm 2 of bFGF with the concentration of 2400AU/ml was sprayed on the base of the wounds after excision of scar in bFGF group.The free skin with subdermal vascular plexus were soaked in the bFGF solution with the concentration of 2400AU/ml for 15 minutes.NS were employed as control agents.The viable rate of these free skin with subdermal vascular plexus were investigated.Results:The results indicated significant difference in the viable rates between bFGF group and the control group on the 14 th postoperation day, T=2.39 P
