Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the role of HGF in myringoplasty.Methods:Fifty-nine cases of chronic tympanic membrane(TM) perforation were treated with hepatocyte growth fator(HGF) in myringoplasty.Results:According to the clinical observation,the average healing time after myringoplasty was 9 days.Side effect was not observed.Conclusion:The result showed that HGF could improve the healing of TM perforation.
