Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Tablet (YHT, mainly composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Herba Leonuri, Rhizoma Chuanxiong , Radix Astragali ) on expression of platelet membrane adhesion molecules (PMAM) in whole blood of rats with cerebral infarction. [Methods] Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of PMAM (CD^ and CDg2P) in whole blood of cerebral infarction groups and a normal group was established to serve as control.
