Abstract:
Objective :To study the significance of anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) in patients with lupus nephritis( LN). Methods : We detected serum ACA in 32 cases of LN. The control group consisted of 28 healthy cases. We observed the relation between the levels of ACA and the levels of clinical biochemical index. Results :The positive rate of IgG- ACA, IgM- ACA IgA- ACA was 53. 1%, 40. 6% ,46. 9% in patients with LN. In patients with positive ACA, lower levels of hemoglobin , thrombocytopeinia and C3 were observed as well as elevated levels of serum IgG,24h- urine protein, antinuclear antibody titer and serum creatinine(P
