Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical implications of T cell subsets, immunoglobulins and tumor necrosis factor - ? (TNF- ?) of serum in schizophrenia. Methods: APAAP was used to detect T cell subsets and single immunodiffusion was used to detect immunoglobulins and ELISA was used to detect TNF- ?.
