Abstract:
Object The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of tea polyphenols on rat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) proliferation. Methods Rat aortic VSMCs were cultured and treated with tea polyphenols for 24 h. Cell proliferation was quantified by colormetric assay and definited by MTS/PES.
