Evaluation of microlaryngeal surgery through the suspension laryngoscopy under general anesthesia

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microlaryngeal surgery through the suspension laryngoscopy under general anesthesia.Methods The clinical data of 298 patients underwent microlaryngeal surgery through laryngoscope under general anesthesia to resect the vocal cord were retrospectively analyzed.Results It was possible to completely cut off the pathological tissue.All cases were followed up for 3 months,260 cases were cured,25 cases had improvement,only 6 cases had no improvement.The cure rate was 89.3％,the total effective rate was 97.9％,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion It has good clinical efficacy to treat the benignant pathological changes of vocal cord,it can improve the malignant tumors of vocal cord.Strict operation indications and operation technique can prevent serious complications.
