Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia fatty liver. Methods Animal models were set up by feeding high caloric diet. Liver index (liver weight/body weight), liver function, blood lipid, liver lipid, the content of MDA in serum and liver were assayed before and after therapy with simvastatin.
