Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between contents of duodenogastric reflux and Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Seventy patients with peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy entered the study. Contents of duodenogastric reflux was detected by 99M TC- EHIDA and H.pylori status was determined by both histology with Giemsa staining and serum anti-H.pylori-IgG level using ELISA method.
