Abstract:
[Objective] To further explore the mechanism of Zhuyun 3, a formula mainly composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Semem Cuscutae, Radix Dipsaci and Radix Polygoni Multiflori, in preventing and treating spontaneous abortion. [ Methods ] Contractility of isolated and in - vivo uterine in Zhuyun 3 group and saline group were observed by phannacological and sero - pharmacological methods. The strength, tension and frequency of uterine contraction and the area under curve were used as the indexes.
