Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Gengnianping Capsules by HPLC

Abstract:
Objective: To establish the determination method of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Gengninping Capsules.Methods: YWG-C 18 column was used and Methanol-Water (40∶60) was used as a mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 245nm.Results: This method showed a good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 99.3% for Psoralen(RSD was 1.3%, n=6) and 99.3% for Isopsoralen (RSD was 3.0%, n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used as the quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
