Abstract:
Methods for the extraction and purification of poly-unsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)from viscerai oil of three fresh-water fish (bream,grass carp and silver carp)were studied- It was suggested that the medicinal quality standard of PUFA could be laid down by referring to the quality standard of Acidum Morrhuicum.
