Abstract:
The auxotype of 36 strains of N. Gonorrhoeae collectad in Chongqing was studied by the method of NEDA and deficient NEDA media. 9 distinct clusters were found : 2 strains of Arginine type; 3 strains of Isoleuine type; 2 strains of Uracil and Hypoxanthine type; 8 strains of Cysteine and Cystine type; 4 strains of Proline type. 4 strains of Methionine typs; 5 strains of Vitamin and Co-enzyme type; 4 strains of Multiple-deficient type; 4 strains of Zero type
