Abstract:
Objective:To observe the inhibition of Chuanhong Baliu Paste on S180 tumor and investigate its apoptotic induction. Methods:60 mice were divided into 5 groups randomly after inoculating S180 tumor. S180-bearing mice were smeared with different dosages of Chuanhong Baliu Paste respectively on skin of right armpit. Model group was administrated with normal sodium and positive group was injected intraperitoneally with Cyclophosphamide (25mg/kg) respectively. The growth inhibition was evaluated; apoptotic cells were detected by DNA agarose gelelectrophoresis and flow cytometry. The expression of Caspase-3 was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method.
