Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood on mesangium cell proliferation,TGF-?1 mRNA and NF-?B under high glucose. Methods:①Thiazole blue (MTT) colorimetric method was used to observe the dynamic state of mesangium cell proliferation in various treatment factors; ② Fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction (Real time-PCR) was used to detect the expression of transforming growth factor beta 1 mRNA in mesangium cells under various treatment factors; ③Western-blot was used to detect the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B in mesangium cells under various treatment factors.
