Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relation between expression of MMP-9 and RECK in laryngeal carcinoma and it′s clinical characteristics and to explore the biological action of laryngeal tumor. Methods 38 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC)specimens and normal mucosa were examined for the expression level of MMP-9 and RECK protein by IHC method ( PV9000) and RT-PCR was employed to measure the expression of MMP-9 and RECK mRNA.
