Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect effective constituent recombination of Cortex Moutan on thrombosis in virtro and haemorheology in rat. Methods: There were six groups: blangk group, aspirin group(50mg/k), crude drug (1200 mg/k), high dose group (Paeonol 100mg/kg+Paeoniflorin 25mg/kg), mid dose group (Paeonol 50mg/kg+Paeoniflorin 12.5mg/kg), low dose group (Paeonol 25mg/kg+Paeoniflorin 6.25mg/kg). The methods of thrombosis in vitro in rat, arteriovenous shut thrombosis and haemorheology were used to measure the index.
