Abstract:
Famous professor Dr.MEI Guo-qiang, an old Chinese medical practitioner and doctoral mentor in Hubei University ofChinese Medicine, is good at diagnosis and treatment ofmiscellaneous diseases with the principle Shaoyang syndrome.In this paper, some clinical cases are selected from the ones Dr.Mei worked in the museum offamous & old Chinese medical practitioners in our hospital, combined with the author's notes Dr.Mei introduced, the author introduces the experiences that Dr.Mei analyzes the miscellaneous diseases from the negative elements to Shaoyang cardinal and starts from the point ofreconciliation ofthe cardinal, discretionarily makes use oflaws ofclearing and eliminating phlegm-heat, relieving sore-throat and detoxification, promoting qi circulation to remove dampness, cooling and promoting blood circulation, relieving pain and removing blood stasis, takes Xiaochaihu Decoction as the medicine to treat gastritis, diarrhea, pharyngitis, heat stranguria, abdominal pain, back pain, headaches, acne and other clinical experiences to treat other diseases.By the understanding ofthe author, the experiences ofDr.Mei enrich the contents ofthe determination oftreatment based on syndrom differentiation in Six Channels, and also expand the application approaches ofTreatise on Febrile Diseases, which is worthy ofan source for reference by clinical treatments.
