Abstract:
Objective: To study the protective effect of Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum on chronic bronchitis mice induced by tobacco smoking from aspect of pathomorphology changes. Methods: 60 Healthy male mice were divided into normal group, chronic bronchitism model group, Guilong Kechuanning group, high and low dosage of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum groups at random, each 12. Model mice of chronic bronchitis were induced tobacco smoking, giving Guilong Kechuanning and Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum at the same time. The pathomorphology changes of trache and lung tissue were observed under light microscope.
