- Abstract: Objective To explore the danger and prognostic factors of family leukemia. Methods Analysis of acute leukemia in comorbid mother and daughter from our hospital was carried out. Its diagnosis,treatment regimen, and review of the literatures was analysed. Results The dangerous factors of family leukemia was associated with the factors of inheritance,radiation, chemical and virus. Patient survival time with family leukemia was shorter. Conclusion Many factors can contribute to family leukemia , which have unfavorable prognosis.
