Abstract:
Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are the global problem.It can induce muscle weakness,falls and fracture due to both osteoporosis and falls.Supplementation of vitamin D and calcium are effective prevention measures for falls,osteoporosis and fractures.It has become important to identify the optimal serum level of 25(OH)D and the suitable amount of vitamin D intake in Chinese.
